We encourage Broker Participation at all of our real estate auctions. Realtors participate in the majority of all auctions, either by representing registered buyers at an auction, or by working with us as the Listing Agent on select properties that benefit from our Accelerated Marketing Program.

If you are a Listing Agent we will work with you to sell your property FAST, with our intensive on-site, on-line marketing program! Don’t lose a listing that you have worked hard on but may have become stale. Offer a ’Timely Solution’ to the seller who needs a quick sale.
We will work with you as the Seller’s Broker to develop an Accelerated Marketing Plan that will provide both you and your Seller with a fast sale and closing.

We have Property Profiles available. We welcome your calls and e-mails and encourage you to contact us directly with any questions.
Attend the property previews with your Buyer or contact us to arrange for an appointment to view the property.
Real estate brokers as ’Buyer’s Agents’ need to register buyers by the prior day by 5 pm. Assist your prospective buyer in meeting the pre-registration requirements.
All property is sold ’AS IS,’ so you may wish to have a property inspector view the property with your Buyer.

In general, successful bidders shall execute purchase agreements and deposit a pre-determined amount of earnest money on the day of auction. The balance is due in certified funds at closing.
Closing is required within 30 days of the auction date.
A Buyer’s Premium will be added to determine the final contract price.
