Annette Wells completes CAI and wins back to back awards
Annette Wells, CAI received the Rose Award for submitting the best Auction Summary at the Certified Auctioneers Institute of formal training held at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. This was the thirty second year that the CAI program has been held at the University and Mrs. Wells has now completed the three year program and earned her CAI designation. Last year Mrs. Wells won the Rose Award for submitting the best auction proposal. This is the first time in CAI history that anyone has won both of these prestigious awards. The Certified Auctioneers Institute is the nation’s highest educational program for the auction industry. Mrs. Wells is co owner of Realty Auction Services located in Post Falls, Idaho. Her and her husband specialize in Real Estate auctions. Rose backs, also affiliated with Realty Auction Services completed her second year of the three year program. Congratulations to both of you.
